My thirty-five years of auditing, forensic accounting, and litigation support experience in public accounting encompasses more than twenty-five industry groups and over 400 audits. A few of which are: financial institutions, factors, stevedores, container yard operators, oil tool manufacturing, oil field services, oil and gas drilling, hospitality industry, millworks, and trucking lines. Nonprofit organization engagements have included Single Audits, women's shelters, labor unions, apprentice training funds, educational foundations (school districts), churches, and cultural enterprises. Previously my accounting and auditing experience included five years with First City Bancorporation of Texas in internal auditing and bank operations.

Employee benefit plan engagements have included profit sharing plans, defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans, VEBA's, and Taft Hartley multi-employer health and welfare plans.

As an expert witness, a consulting expert, or as a forensic accountant I've worked directly with legal counsel with respect to the following industry groups: school districts, real estate development, trucking, oil and gas exploration and drilling, plumbing contracting, banking, higher education, stevedoring, employee benefit plans, and construction manufacturing. Digital forensics fraud examinations have included the following industry groups: plumbing contracting, concrete form manufacturing, hotel management, oil and gas drilling, oil and gas development and exploration, and gas distribution pipelines.
